Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending bets voided, and any deposited funds forfeited in accordance with applicable law. wk888 promotes responsible gaming and strictly enforces this age restriction to protect minors.
You must be a resident of Indonesia or located within Indonesian territorial jurisdiction at the time of registration and use. You confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your specific region of residence. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws. wk888 operates under an international gaming license and does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly illegal. By using this Platform, you represent and warrant that your participation does not violate any local, state, or national law applicable to you.
Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on wk888. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts" or "multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If wk888 detects that a User has opened more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — all accounts will be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings voided. wk888 employs advanced fraud-detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Users found in violation may face permanent account closure and legal action.

Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. wk888 is legally required to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawals. This process, known as Know Your Customer (KYC), is mandated by international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and responsible-gaming standards. You will be required to submit the following documents upon your first withdrawal request (or earlier if requested by wk888):

All deposits are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits. wk888 does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply processing charges — these are beyond wk888's control.
Most deposits are credited to your wk888 account within 1–3 minutes of confirmation. Bank transfers may take slightly longer during off-peak hours or public holidays. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant. If your deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes, please contact wk888 support with your transaction reference number.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits made from an account not belonging to you) are strictly prohibited. If wk888 detects that a deposit originated from a third-party source, the funds will be returned to the sender (minus any processing fees), and your account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
To request a withdrawal, you must have a verified account (KYC completed) and a balance of at least Rp 50.000 (minimum withdrawal amount). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by wk888 support. You may request a withdrawal at any time via your account dashboard. The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100.000.000. Larger withdrawals may be split into multiple transactions.

wk888 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may deduct processing charges — these fees are determined by your financial institution and are beyond wk888's control.
Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy: To comply with AML regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least one (1) time before they can be withdrawn. For example, if you deposit Rp 100.000, you must place bets totaling at least Rp 100.000 before requesting a withdrawal. This rule applies to all deposits, regardless of whether a bonus was claimed. Attempts to deposit and immediately withdraw without wagering will be flagged as suspicious activity and may result in account suspension.

Most bonuses carry wagering requirements (also known as "rollover" or "playthrough" requirements). This means you must wager the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) a specified number of times before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For sports betting (football, badminton, MotoGP, e-sports, etc.), bets are settled based on official results announced by the respective governing bodies (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). In the event of a match being postponed, abandoned, or canceled, wk888 will follow industry-standard settlement rules (typically: bets are void if the event does not take place within 48 hours of the original start time). Live betting (in-play betting) is subject to rapid odds changes. Bets placed during live matches are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of confirmation.
All RNG-based casino games (slots, table games, video poker) on wk888 use certified random-number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing laboratories. wk888 partners with third-party game providers, payment processors, and service providers. wk888 is not responsible for the conduct, accuracy, or reliability of these third parties. Any disputes arising from third-party services should be directed to the respective provider.
You may request to close your account at any time by contacting wk888 support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification (minus any outstanding bonuses or pending wagering requirements). Closed accounts cannot be reopened — you must register a new account if you wish to return.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the jurisdiction under which wk888's gaming license is issued. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from your use of wk888 shall be resolved under the laws of that jurisdiction.
